Materi bahasa inggris kelas 7 SMP ini disusun berdasarkan Standar Isi (SI) Bahasa Inggris. Untuk membantu pengembangan kompetensi komunikatif siswa. Kompetensi komunikatif tersebut diwujudkan lewat penguasaan keterampilan berbahasa (listening, speaking, reading dan writing) yang dikembangkan secara integratif.
